52 Week Goal Challenge

1. To complete this week’s challenge you must read, watch, or listen to at least one inspirational video, book, quote or podcast every day.
2. It’s so easy to get caught up in all the drama and negativity that circulate on the web and at the latest mommy group play dates. Having a daily dose of inspiration that can get us back on track and focused is vital to our mental health.
3. I mean it’s pretty naïve to say that it’s best if you only focus on the positive and completely ignore the negative. The truth is they are both always going to be a part of our daily routine and simply ignoring negative emotions doesn’t solve anything. Being able to recognize that life can sure be crappy sometimes but not allowing yourself to get swallowed up in self misery is a vital skill to have in sustaining mental health.
4. The best way you can combat the backhands of life is by seeking out the positive and filling your day with inspiration material. Better yet, if you want to take it a step further you can share what inspired you each day and that would be awesome! I know I sure will be, so tune in every day on my stories to see my daily inspiration.
